1. Resistance characteristics
The resistivity of molybdenum disilicide electric heating elements increases rapidly with the increase of temperature.
Under normal operating conditions, component resistance generally does not change with the length of time. Therefore, old and new components can be mixed.
2. Surface loading
According to the structure of the furnace, the correct selection of the surface load of the component according to the atmosphere
and temperature is the key to achieving the best component life,
the figure on the right shows the furnace temperature of the component radiation in the case of unhindered,
the relationship between the component temperature and the surface load, and the shaded part is the commonly used surface load-temperature range.
